Hi everyone, I’m back again and going to tell you all about my To Do list. It’s a wonderful thing and I’m sure we all have at least 1 To Do list, and if you don’t then really you should. Creating a To Do list is wonderful, they allow you to write down all these things going on in your mind. All these things you want to achieve and when you look at them, you can then put them in some kind of order or just cross them off whenever you achieve them.
I managed to cross one off a little over a week ago, it was the slide show for ‘Upcoming Events and Exhibitions’, which you can now see on the website. Now it isn’t exactly as I had planned but I am pretty happy with it. The picture itself doesn’t enlarge when you click on it, instead it takes you straight to where the event is listed so you can read more details about it.
Right now there is also a ‘special’ taking place to thank everyone for helping Squnches Craft Network’s Facebook page reach 1,000 likes. You’ll be able to see all the details to this on the home page. I’ve made it so that anyone listing their business for 3 months, 6 months or even 12 months, will receive an extra 3 months FREE. That is a wonderful saving of $15 back in your own pocket to spend on yourself, your business or whatever you would like to spend it on.
There is an upcoming competition too, it will be taking place on Facebook but I am also going to let everyone know about it on the website. The competition is called 500 Likes or Less, this is a competition to help promote small handmade businesses around Australia. Once the competition opens, the business owner themselves need to comment below the 500 Likes or Less sign with their business name to be in the running to win, there will be 3 winners, 1st, 2nd and 3rd. 1 place wins a 12 month business listing on the directory for free, 2nd place wins a 6 month listing on the directory for free, and 3rd place wins a 3 month listing on the directory for free. Just another way Squnches Craft Network helps small businesses bring in more customers and get word out about their business.
That’s about all I have to share at the moment, keep checking back on the website as more and more groups and guilds are added, I still have a gallery page in the making so keep an eye out for that too.
